Extra Virgin Olive Oil Picual
Extra virgin olive oil from Jaén, early crop harvested in early November. It is the optimal time of harvest to obtain a gourmet oil, since the fruit is in "envero", that is to say at the exact point of ripening. Cold extraction, through mechanical processes that guarantee that the organoleptic properties of the oil remain intact.
Taste
In the mouth it has a sweet fruity taste, with a very pleasant, slightly itchy aftertaste, typical of the Picual variety. On the nose, our oil has an intense aroma of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass and hints of tomato.
