This Spanish pâté from the Iberico pig, with a little extra virgin olive oil, is full and intense in taste. Wonderfully creamy and with a long aftertaste with a little bit of spice. Delicious on toast, but also definitely worth trying with rice, pasta or meat dishes.
We always put the pâté in the fridge for a short while before serving it, because the flavors come out best when slightly chilled.
