Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil La Chinata
The extra virgin olive oil from the Spanish delicatessen brand La Chinata is made from the Manzanilla olive. These olives are harvested in Sierra de Gata in Spain, a northeastern region in the province of Cáceres. The olive oil has an intense yellow color, a soft sweet and fruity taste without a sharp edge or bitterness and is characteristic of the south of Spain. This olive oil has a very high content of essential fatty acids.
